Maybe you could try emailing from another provider? It's quite likely
that many ISPs and gateways reject everything coming out of shaw.ca as
presumed spam. (I'd be delighted if my ISP did the same, I've never
had anything but spam and Windows viruses from it).

That may be the case. I finally did get a note from him, but it was
from another address. My ISP uses SpamAssassin (although I have it set
to be very liberal), but all mail to megawolf.com or macforth.com should
have been forwarded to me.
