CFM is alive and well, thank you very much.

My email response time for general queries is erratic as ever, though,
so I did not reply to yours in as timely a fashion as I should have.

No problem. For some reason I've been hanging out in very quiet spaces
on the Internet: comp.sys.m68k, the delosoft.ru Dragon Forth site,
etc...
