Local Variable in Mops

I notice that with the current version of PowerMops (5.5) that local
variables are reliably being initialized to zero, including floats. This
matches the source as I read it in file zArgs, and contradicts the Manual
(not trying to criticize the Manual, which is excellent, just pointing out
an update).
